Kin & Whimsey Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions
By joining the Kin & Whimsey Ambassador Program, you agree to the following:
Eligibility
How You Earn
Ambassadors earn 10% of completed equipment rental revenue from customers who book through their personalized ambassador link.
Commissions are based on equipment rentals only. Taxes, delivery fees, consumables, damage waivers, deposits, and other non-equipment charges are excluded.
Referral bonuses for new ambassadors are paid only after the new ambassador is approved and meets the program's qualifying requirements.
Payment
Commissions are paid monthly after the customer's event has been completed and full payment has been received.
Canceled, refunded, unpaid, or fraudulent bookings do not qualify for commissions.
Referral Tracking
Referrals are tracked using each ambassador's personalized link.
If a customer does not use the personalized link, Kin & Whimsey will make every reasonable effort to verify the referral. Final referral decisions are made by Kin & Whimsey.
Ambassador Expectations
As a Kin & Whimsey Ambassador, you agree to:
Represent the company honestly and professionally.
Share accurate information about our products and services.
Promote Kin & Whimsey respectfully and without spam.
Follow the rules of any social media group or organization where you share our business.
Treat customers and other ambassadors with respect.
Program Changes
Kin & Whimsey may update the Ambassador Program, commission structure, or these terms at any time. Any changes will apply to future referrals.
Ending Participation
Either you or Kin & Whimsey may end your participation in the program at any time. Any earned commissions for qualifying completed rentals prior to termination will still be paid according to these terms.
